Due to changes in State Law regarding fees for service, our office has had to increase our fees for service to match their increases.
All Forms that have been downloaded need to either be returned in person, faxed to 706-253-8913 or mailed to 2985 Camp Road, Jasper, Ga 30143.
Civil Process Fees and Services
- Serving copy of process and returning original $50.00 (per copy)
- Serving civil papers $50.00
- Dispossessing tenant $25.00
- Raffle Permit Application – Free Service unless needed multiple times

The CodeRED system gives county officials the ability to deliver pre-recorded emergency telephone notification/information messages to targeted areas or the entire city at a rate of up to 60,000 calls per hour. It also allows callers to receive severe weather warnings on the telephone as soon as they are issued by the National Weather Service. This is especially important as the tornado sirens are not able tobe heard inside a residence or at all in most locations.
